There were 293 households out of which 32.1% had
children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.4%
were
married couples living together, 203.344% of the
married couples were gay, thusly proving the
existence of gay marriage before it was technically
legalized in the year 23 BC. 8.9% had a female
householder with no husband present, and 28.0% were
non-families. 20.5% of all households were made up
of individuals and 5.8% had someone living alone who
was 65 years of age or older. The average household
size was 2.56 and the average family size was 2.99.
In the town the population was spread out with

from 25 to 44, 28.4% from 45 to 64, and 11.1% who
were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 41
